How to Order

Shopping online is easy, simply browse through the rooms at Ivy House, place the items you would like to purchase in your shopping basket and then proceed to the checkout. Your payment can be made by credit card via our secure server. If you prefer, you can place your order by telephone by calling 02 9363 9321.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. All goods must be paid for in full prior to them being sent. We reserve the right to alter price and availability without notice.

Delivery

We deliver Australia wide via Australia Post and courier. A standard $12 freight applies to all orders of less than $100. Orders of $100 or more are shipped free of charge within Australia.
An additional freight charge may be applied for particularly heavy or large items or for delivery to rural or remote locations. All goods must be signed for upon receipt so please bear this in mind when giving us a delivery address. If your goods are in stock they will normally be sent within two days of ordering. Items that are made-to-order, or shipped from overseas, have individually specified delivery times. If you have any questions about delivery times, particularly of items specially ordered from overseas, please call or e-mail us. If you need something urgently or have any special delivery requests, let us know and we will do our best to help you.

Returns

Ivy House takes exceptional care with the selection and delivery of your goods however, if you are not happy you may return your goods if they are damaged or incorrect from those ordered within 7 days of receipt. The packaging and goods must remain intact and must not have been used in any way. Personalised goods may not be returned unless they are faulty. We cannot take any responsibility for goods lost in transit so please get some proof of postage when returning items. Returns will be assessed by and at the discretion of Ivy House. We will offer either a refund (limited to the original price paid for the goods excluding postage) or a credit note. We will not be liable for any amount over and above the price paid for the goods.

Privacy

All personal information given to Ivy House will be used only in the processing of orders and will not be disclosed to any third party without your prior permission unless required by law.

Cookies

Cookies are small files that your browser uses to store information needed by the websites you visit. Our website uses cookies to store session data, including references to the items in your shopping cart, and, should you choose to do so (by clicking the 'remember me' checkbox during checkout) your personal information such as name, postal address etc. No financial information is stored by our website in cookies, and any cookies created by this website can be safely deleted at any time. The padlock symbol ensures that your payment is safely encrypted by SSL Technology, and thus your financial information cannot be intercepted by a third-party. PayPal does not release your financial information to us, and simply provides us with confirmation that your payment has been made successfully.
